Will not eating enough calories per day keep me from lowering my bodyfat percentage?
See, here's the thing....I don't get hungry much. I can eat a whole lot without getting full at times, I also can not eat much on some days and go without food for a long long time. In either words, some days I can eat like a pig, and some days eat like a squirrel or a bird. My bodyfat will not go down further than 16%. I changed my workout from lifting weights and afterwards cardio ....to doing cardio first and then lifting weights. I'm a mesomorph body type but I have a belly on me and that's it. The belly isn't noticeable with a shirt on, and even when I take my shirt off the belly isn't that bad, but it's still there. I can't for some reason get that last portion of extra skin from there. I don't eat 1,500 calories per day even at minimum. I may eat like 800 calories per day. It's just that I'm not really hungry like that every day. I eat a lot of foods that are low calorie but fill you up really easily. I'll eat those 100 calorie per serving salmons, canned vegetables at 50 calories per serving. Even though that's not enough calories per day I know....I'm actually full everyday from high density low calorie meals. If I even tried to eat 1500 calories per day of those types of foods, I would feel overstuffed....seriously. Are those the wrong foods to be eating if I really need 1,500 calories per day? I can't see myself eating like 5 cans of vegetables per day just to have a portion of that 1,500 per day. Also servings of Salmon per day at 180 calories. I usually don't eat no more than 2 pieces of 180 calorie salmon per day; once in the early afternoon and one in the evening. Is something wrong with my diet that's stopping progress of bodyfat loss? Also I workout on that amount of food everyday. I do cardio and also lift weights. Any suggestions on my diet?
